    1. When can I expect refunds or replacements?

      We aim to process returns within 14 working days. Refund times depend on your provider, typically taking around 3 days but can take up to 5. Replacements follow standard delivery times.

    2. Can I cancel orders that haven’t been shipped?

      Contact our Customer Care team by emailing support@dreamlandplus.co.uk to request order cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatch begins, orders cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed.

    3. What if returned goods are lost in transit?

      Handle returned goods with care. Use a secure and traceable delivery service. If goods are lost in transit, file a claim directly with the courier.

    4. What if I receive an incorrect item?

      Report any incorrect items within 2 working days with pictures. You may be asked to return the item, and we will refund postage charges.

    5. Can I return unwanted items?

      Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility.

    7. What condition should the products be in for returns?

      Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Cancellations of contracts for food products with broken seals, including items like syrups, are not accepted.

    8. How do I report faults, damages, or other issues with my order?
      Notify our Customer Care Team within 2 working days of receiving your parcel by emailing support@dreamlandplus.co.uk. Include pictures of faults or damages when contacting us.
    9. Who bears the cost of returning parcels?
      Customers are responsible for the cost of returning parcels. Please note that the original shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
    10. How can I track the return process?
      Fill out our online returns form to expedite your return. Clearly mark your order number on the outer packaging and provide a note inside the parcel with your contact information. Ensure the parcel is well-packaged.
